Awesome cabinet

"The cabinet itself is awesome. Used it to replace some basic garage cabinets and it's way more functional. seems to be very quality, construction and overbuilt. Holds a crazy amount of gear. It's tall as heck on the castors. Communication and shipping was subpar. I explained specifically to my rep where I'd be putting the cabinet and the challenges to put it there, and he assured me it would not be an issue. Also discussed it with the shipper before delivery. When they arrived, they could not put it into my garage and just left it outside. Shipping container was damaged, fortunately the cabinet itself was not. Tried calling my rep as instructed, but he was unavailable and never got back to me. Was well protected in a wooden frame for shipping, but if they could have elevated it a quarter inch, it would've been pretty easy to install the casters without a jack, but that is not the case. Rep told me that there would be instructions or videos available on the website or YouTube, but I couldn't find anything that was helpful. Most helpful was another review that talked about using an sawzall and that was the jam. Sawzall to break down the pallets at each corner and then a floor jack to lift the cabinet up. Once the casters are on, used two floor jacks with a 2 x 4 cross beam to lift it high enough over the threshold and get it inside. Worked really well. Overall, super happy with the cabinet and itself would certainly buy it again, but assistance was a disappointment"

Best garage furniture

"No doubt this is the best piece of garage 'furniture' I've ever owned. I was able to consolidate 3 old workbenches (2 Craftsman and another off-brand) into the Dragonfire 12-door. The most daunting task was attaching the wheels. As a homeowner hobbyist, I didn't have a floor jack or 12 strong neighbors. So I used two scissor jacks from my vehicles with a piece of board as a weight distributor. A lot of cutting on the shipping crate floor with a sawzall to create cutouts for the jacks, as well as the wheels. But I was able to make it work like a charm. The 12-drawer behemoth came in perfect condition, as did the crate that surrounded it. It is great to get my garage all organized, giving all my tools a home. Thanks to Lew for getting the unit shipped immediately. Had it not been for the Memorial Day weekend, I would've gotten it within 2 or 3 days, I think. Nevertheless, I needed the time to get its future home all prepared. This is a top notch workbench and I am loving it."
