RETURN POLICY

Dragonfire Tool Storage offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible tool storage products purchased directly through dragonfiretools.com. Upon receipt of the returned item, Dragonfire Tool Storage will inspect the product for damage, missing components, and overall condition. Customers may initiate a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the original confirmed date of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  1. The product must be returned in its complete original packaging.

  2. A 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers logistics associated with scheduling and managing return transportation from the customer’s location.

  3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  4. All return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date.

  5. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from Dragonfire Tool Storage via dragonfiretools.com. Purchases made through authorized retailers are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

  6. Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

DAMAGES

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify Dragonfire Tool Storage immediately upon delivery. Reports of damage must be submitted via email to sales@dragonfiretools.com within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Our team will coordinate with the customer to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or return.

MERCHANDISE

All sales of branded merchandise, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, and promotional items, are final. Dragonfire Tool Storage does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on merchandise items. Customers are encouraged to review all relevant product information—including size, color, and specifications—prior to completing their purchase.

If a merchandise item is received in damaged or incorrect condition, please contact sales@dragonfiretools.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for assistance.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the size, weight, and logistical requirements associated with Dragonfire Tool Storage products—including industrial-grade workbenches and cabinets—we do not offer traditional exchanges.

Dragonfire Tool Storage will not ship a replacement or alternative item until the original product has been received, inspected, and approved for return. The following conditions apply:

  1. Exchange Eligibility:
    Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging within thirty (30) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.

  2. Return Coordination:
    All return shipments must be coordinated through Dragonfire Tool Storage to ensure proper handling and freight scheduling. Self-arranged freight or unapproved carriers will not be accepted.

  3. Custom Products:
    Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

  4. Accessories
    In the event a customer wishes to exchange an accessory item (e.g., exchanging a Dragonfire Heavy Duty Adjustable Leveling Feet Set for a Dragonfire Workbench Caster Kit), the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the returned item, Dragonfire Tool Storage will inspect the product for damage, missing components, and overall condition. If the returned item is deemed to be in acceptable condition, the requested replacement accessory will be processed. Any difference in cost between the original and replacement item will be either invoiced to or refunded to the customer, as applicable.

  5. Merchandise Items:
    For apparel or merchandise, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at sales@dragonfiretools.com.
