Ordering our heavy-duty workbenches and cabinets requires some additional attention for your item to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. We highly recommend reading through this page to help you learn what to expect throughout the process of shipping and delivery.
Our workbenches and larger cabinets are shipped on a skid within a wooden crate. Wall cabinets are shrink-wrapped and shipped on a pallet. Smaller products are shipped in a padded cardboard box.
Each outgoing product is meticulously inspected and packaged to ensure integrity. Serial numbers are registered with each customer upon final inspection.
Our workbenches ship LTL freight directly from our facility to your location. We work with the top carriers in the U.S. to ensure timely delivery of your order. By avoiding unnecessary steps, we pass the savings on to you.
Whether you choose curbside or white glove delivery, you’ll be notified before your order is shipped. Tracking information will be provided once it leaves our facility. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery once it is at your nearest freight terminal. From there, you'll have 48 hours to accept the delivery without any extra charges.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Curbside deliveries require a person 18 years of age or older to be home at the time of the delivery.

For orders including a 9-foot workbench, please arrange appropriate unloading equipment or ensure access to a loading dock. Upon delivery, conduct a visual inspection of the packaging before acceptance, documenting any exterior damage with photos and written proof.
If you plan to move your product into your shop on the day of delivery, we recommend having at least two capable individuals available to assist with unpacking and placement. Once your product is positioned near its intended location, remove the external packaging. In the event of any damage to the product, take photos and contact us immediately.
For white glove, an individual aged 18 or older with access to the location must be present at the time of delivery.
Please ensure a clear path from your driveway to the garage for your toolbox delivery by removing any obstacles like extension cords, shelving, or other equipment that might be in the way. Make sure there's enough space in your garage to accommodate your new Dragonfire toolbox, allowing for easy placement and setup.
Additionally, confirm that the delivery room has sufficient space to accommodate your purchased items. In the event of any damage to the product, decline the delivery and contact us.
